Education

Blake obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science, at San Francisco State University in 1989. He attended McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in Sacramento from 1989 to 1992, where he interned at the Sacramento County Public Defenders Offices and the California Attorney General's Office. While at McGeorge, Blake chaired the Critical Legal Studies Forum .

Personal

A native of San Diego’s South Bay, Blake enjoys reading, scuba diving, motorcycling, and recording music in his home studio. He lives in San Diego’s North Park with his wife, four record players and over 3,000 LPs.
